Overall, I love this speaker. It's my first large Bluetooth and I'm happy with my purchase. Plus the price point when it first came on the market at $300 CAD was up my alley. The only problem I've noticed, was how JBL changed from Connect + to Partyboost. So Xtreme 4 can only connect with Xtreme 3 and the Xtreme 2 can only connect with the original. Seems ridiculous

This surpassed my expectation; the sound is crystal clear, and the bass is great with no distortion.

This speaker is very nice quality and has great sound and bass for its size. It's the perfect size not to heavy or to big to move around like the boombox 3 is. The only thing I wish jbl would include is a carry handle instead of a shoulder strap or build in a handle like the boombox has. Paid $299 on sale which is a great price for this.
