Should be 5 stars as the sound is great. Kind of happy that there's not another remote floating around, but getting used to reaching for my phone, opening the app, realizing the sound bar is installed on a different network, change phone network, go back to app, turn volume down... Is a bit to get used toBut the sound is great. I have this one on our short throw projector, that has fairly good built in speakers but this makes everything from regular TV , sports to movies so much more enjoyable

Bought the Sonos Ray. Hooks right up to my new Hisense smart with no problems. The IR tv remote controls the soundbar. I have an existing Sonos system and it hooked up through the Sonos app with no difficulty what so ever…. Since I have an outdoor Sonos system, one in my dining room, and my living room… I am able to sync the system in every room. Really cool when watching a game to have the sound going on everywhere at once! Love it! The quality of sound is amazing… any negative reviews on the product is most likely user error and not the product! Also love that the ray pumps out killer sound and great base with no bulky sub
